• PRZOOM will not distribute any press release written for the purpose of causing harm or damage to a third party, improperly formatted releases, press releases posted by distributors of network marketing organizations or press releases that look and read like commercial or link to an online store, a paid membership or contest page or fraudulent (spoof) advertisements.

• PRZOOM will never sell user contact information where we relinquish control of user information. Any emails that users receive from PR ZOOM will be generated and delivered through our PRZOOM.com.

• PRZOOM is committed to developing resources that benefit the public relations community at large wherever there is an opportunity to advance the mission of this service.

• PRZOOM-NewswireToday will not distribute content that promote hatred or violence, political, alcohol, tobacco, prescription drugs, vitamins, MAGIC pills/cream/herbs/drinks, weight loss, ringtones, domain name sales, job offers, replicas, mortgage offers, credit repair, credit cards offers, CONTEST, religious, extremism, petition, activism, celebrities gossips, any adult explicit materials but not limited to.

— Copyright Information/Digital Material: You agree that: images, parts of images, or any other content may be reproduced in any form or stored in or transmitted to or from any other electronic or digital form, linked to website(s) be included in any other website(s) without further written permission.

— Advertising fees are non-refundable: Advertising period usually starts on payment date but not limited to. Once published, article(s) are final and ALL plans (including Lifetime Social) CANNOT be refunded. Banner Industry Plan may be refunded within a maximum of 48 hours of purchase date (2 days) unless you published one or more article(s) or run an active during the same period. Please contact us with any questions or concerns. Each others plans are subject to a 15% administrative fees of the total transaction in case of a refund request made after a period of 3 days following the payment date. Administrative fees of 15% will be deducted from the refund amount. Transaction Fees paid by PRZOOM - Press & Newswire to the payment provider will not be refunded to the client.
