The novel restaurant concept’s first location, at 9450 Scranton Road, is situated in Sorrento Valley and occupies 1,854 sq. ft.
With an emphasis on offering premium options in an environmentally responsible setting, the restaurant is being designed and built by LEED Certified Green architects and contractors.
Greenspot Salad Company is known for its premium natural salads, soups and baked potatoes, as well as, on-the-go or dine-in options.
During the transaction, the Lessee was represented by Mike DiNorscia and Paul Ahern of Location Matters. John Jennings and Aaron Hill of Cushman & Wakefield of San Diego, Inc. represented the Lessor. The lease is a 10-year lease term.
