The APX is Motorola’s newest mission critical platform and Zephyr’s PSM Solution is one of the first applications to operate on the APX. Zephyr’s PSM integrates with the APX by using a Bluetooth connection to communicate vital sign and activity information through the APX radio. Zephyr’s solution was initially implemented for the XTS Series Radio. Now due to the overwhelming demand for the APX radios, Motorola is unveiling PSM on APX at APCO Booth 1221. “We have worked very closely with Motorola and the First Responder Community to expand our support for mission critical radio for both a trunked and conventional configurations.
