On September 18, 2011 the latest wedding fashions, colorful wedding decorations, and aroma of tantalizing cuisine will fill the halls of the Hilton Orlando Hotel. Desh-Videsh, a South Asian community magazine, will host the MyShadi Bridal Expo, where brides can plan their entire wedding in just one afternoon.
The Expo will feature over 30,000 square feet of incredible exhibits, where vendors, such as wedding decorators, clothing and jewelry boutiques, photographers, venues, and florists, will showcase the latest in wedding trends. Attendees can also sample wedding cuisine and delectable cakes from well-known caterers and bakeries.
Admission to the show is free for all attendees. Couples can pre-register online at myshadibridalexpo.com. Registered guests will be entered into raffles for a free honeymoon trip among other fabulous prizes.
This will be the sixth bridal show arranged by Desh-Videsh. The last five shows attracted over 2,800 attendees. Kavita Ramdas, a bride-to-be who attended the Orlando Expo in September 2009, was particularly pleased to see the elegant displays of mandaps and wedding decorations that had been displayed in the banquet hall. “Before the Expo, I wasn’t quite sure what kind of look I wanted for our special day – now I have a much better idea of what’s out there and can better envision my dream wedding.”
The My Shadi Bridal Expo (myshadibridalexpo.com) will be held on September 18, 2011 at the Hilton Orlando Hotel (6001 Destination Parkway, Orlando, FL 32819) from 12 noon to 5 pm.
