Working closely with Materna’s Romanian business unit, BPM Wave will develop and license a set of monitoring, analysis, reporting and optimization solutions, planned to improve the Moldavian Government’s decision making ability and, with it provide higher value to the Moldavian people.
This joint effort is expected to result in an advanced information system which will help the Ministry of Labor, Social Protection and Family in the Republic of Moldova to effectively identify and efficiently address the social needs, to enhance decision-making on granting social assistance and to increase transparency of the social services management.

The project is being scheduled to be rolled out during the next 12 months, and will be part of an integrated US 4.5 million project, financed by the World Bank.
