Noble Systems Corporation, a global leader in unified contact center technology solutions, hosted its 10th annual Select Noble Users Group (SNUG) conference last month under the theme “Unlock the Potential.” Designed to inform attendees about features, applications and new releases from Noble Systems, the event focused on improving contact center efficiency and included guests from 100+ companies and attendees from across the globe.
“SNUG is a great opportunity for customers to exchange ideas, tips and suggestions and allows us to keep our fingers on the pulse of the industry,” said James K. Noble, President and CEO of Noble Systems. “We believe that our user event format is unique in bringing our clients and employees together, and the results speak for themselves. We’re committed to problem-solving innovation and listening to our customers and partners is an essential part of that process.”
During his keynote address, Noble announced the launch of Harmony v.2, the next generation of Noble Systems’ powerful browser access tool for remote and mobile contact center management. Noble also reported on the company’s recent achievements, citing a three-year global Compound Annual Growth Rate (CAGR) of 20 percent and market leadership positions in telecommunications, retail, student loan debt servicing and more.
Clients received demonstrations of the company’s recent Hosted CaaS offering as a full enterprise class solution, unlike the majority of other offers on the market.
Hosted near Noble Systems’ global headquarters in Atlanta, the conference enjoyed unprecedented interest from customers and partners resulting in record registrations. Attendees from Australia, South Africa, Canada, El Salvador and other locations joined a capacity conference representing numerous industries including financial services, health care, consumer products, hospitality and many more.
