A leading provider of Fortune 500 and enterprise level data management services has announced a new offering to its portfolio.
PC Data Centers of PA, based in Wilkes-Barre, PA, is now offering business reward program management, giving businesses of all sizes and industries the chance to implement a rewards program effectively and affordable. With more than 25 years of experience, PC Data is well-prepared to help businesses implement successful programs, no matter what their size or scope.
The service is designed to help businesses develop, implement, and utilize business or customer reward programs, even if they don't have an existing program in place. According to Inc., companies spend more than $2 billion on loyalty programs a year, and statistics show the average American household belongs to about 14 different rewards programs.
With a rewards program, companies can collect valuable customer data as well as encourage brand loyalty, helping to bring customers back for repeat business. Loyal customers are usually the top 10 percent most frequent or profitable patrons. PC Data's business reward program management service is an alternative to costly CRM software or other customer data solutions.
“We're very excited about this new offering,” said Dorothy Holtzer, President and CEO of PC Data Centers of PA. “This is a service that any business can benefit from. Small businesses as well as multinational corporations can better take advantage of customer data using this service.”
PC Data's business rewards program management service allows for a business to implement a rewards program from start to finish using a simple process with little overhead expense and instant access to information. The new service begins as PC Data works with an organization to develop a customer reward or business reward program application. From there, PC Data will perform secure post office box setup for completed applications, document scanning, data entry, and organization of all customer data into a secure database to suit the business' needs. From there, data can be exported and utilized to complete direct mailing lists, marketing research initiatives, or promotions.
That customer data, which usually remains untouched, can be a valuable asset to any business. With more information about customers, businesses can develop smarter marketing tactics and implement up-sell or cross-sell tactics that actually reach their intended audiences.
