BrightCom, the performance leader in integrated telepresence and video conferencing solutions announces the presence of CEO, Bob McCandless at the Telecommunications Industry Association (TIA) 2011: Inside the Network conference occurring on May 17th through the 20th in Dallas, Texas. Mr. McCandless will be participating in a panel discussion entitled “Visual Communications, Video and Presence” alongside representatives from Polycom and Masergy.
The three panelists, along with Telepresence Options publisher Howard Lichtman as moderator, will provide their expertise on the solutions and business drivers to a new market of visual-based collaboration products and services. Additionally, the panel and audience will discuss how, in spite of the potential of video conferencing in business, issues of interoperability, quality, security and reliability are causing resource-challenged IT organizations to consider hosted services as a way to offload the support burden and reduce overall costs. The panelists will address how service providers can leverage an already-familiar solution session border controllers to navigate the challenges involved with deploying hosted IP interactive video services.
