Homefactsreport.com launched its pilot national home inspection service in Florida this week with plans to expand nationally over the next 90 days, according to Dennis Hill, President.
The company offers complete home inspections by licensed and certified inspectors and is presently working through its beta launch on Florida’s East Coast.

Before the inspector leaves the house, a .pdf of a complete Homeguage™ report is E:ed to the homeowner and whomever he or she may want to have a copy; his or her real estate agent, prospective buyers, the insurance company for a rate reduction, etc.
“We’ve really made it simple for the agent, ” Hill added. “The agent is basically done with any sort of inspection activity from that point. The complete .pdf report can be E:ed to prospective buyers, burned to a disc or printed for open houses. Interested buyers need only to contact the agent for a copy of the Homefactsreport, and no further inspections are needed. Each Homefactsreport comes with a 100-day warranty included with the report.”
Homefactsreport.com also offers support for the agents in the form of “Homefactsreport Available” tags for realtor ads and yard signs for each house indicating that report is available and it is “Move-in Certified.”
For the inspector Homefactsreport.com makes the process even easier. The inspector keeps his licenses and credentials on file with Homefactsreport.com. The company’s software option allows him/her to schedule the days and times when he or she is available to perform inspections for us in those areas where he or she is available.
