GeoGenix, an established industry leader in residential and commercial solar installations in the mid-Atlantic region, announced today that its Pennsylvania-based affiliate, Heat Shed, will be participating in the Suburban Home and Garden Show at the Greater Philadelphia Expo Center (Egypt/Mill Rd. Oaks, PA) this weekend as the official solar sponsor.
The leading residential solar installer in Pennsylvania, Heat Shed will be holding three educational sessions whereby attendees can learn the benefits of solar, how it works, who’s a good candidate and how Heat Shed guides a customer before, during and after the installation process. Its booth #308 will also provide prospective solar candidates the chance to collect information on whether solar energy is right for their home.
The educational forums, held by Head Shed’s owner, Charlie Reichner, will be held at the conference center’s main stage at the following times:
Solar101: Learn the Green Way to Power Your Home
• Fri., Feb. 25 at 2 pm. EST
• Sat., Feb. 26 at 4 pm. EST
• Sun., Feb. 27 at 3 pm. EST
“We attend this show every year with great excitement because it gives us a chance to educate people who are not yet privy to the benefits of solar energy, particularly in the area of savings off the electrical bill,” said Reichner. “And with the various financing options now available, solar is becoming an increasingly attractive investment.”
The Suburban Home & Garden Show is an annual event that draws national and local companies, as well as residents from the surrounding region, looking for inspiration on matters of cost-effective home improvement, including remodeling, decorating and energy upgrades.
