"!!! WE ARE BEING SUED !!!" - This one is a very serious story about a north carolina based computer business that had turned into a huge lawsuit over giant car maker Nissan Motor, Co. Ltd. the Japanese based company / Nissan North America.
Cases like this one are sometimes very complex to solve when it goes to large companies suing smaller or even individual because they are all sharing the same "name".
This case may require a longer time to solve as the current owner of Nissan.com (nissan.com) domain name is also called Mr Nissan.
More recently similar lawsuit gave DN rights of (itunes.co.uk) back to Apple Computer, Inc.
Last month famous oscar winning actor Morgan Freeman won the rights over a Cybersquatting Case.
The ruling are managed by The World Intellectual Property Organization (WIPO), a U.N. agency, which promotes the protection of trademarks and patents.
