It has been just over a year and a half since AmeriBanc rolled out their inventive Online Training Program. “AmeriBancTraining.com has brought us tremendous success throughout the past year. It allowed us the ability to extend on-going training for our Merchant Consultants, as well as giving employees in our two office locations the chance to log in and get a better understanding of what we do to help out merchants.”
AmeriBancTraining.com features corporate training videos, sales team blogs, industry news and essential documents. This has allotted the AmeriBanc sales force with increased productivity due to the amount of automation included in the platform. “We no longer have to be on call in order to push out the relevant documents to the Consultants in the field. They can just go to the training site and download the necessary paperwork.” Dan Lewis, CEO and co-founder of AmeriBanc, stated “we are able to make sure that all of our agents have the most up-to-date documents, applications and other sales-related materials in real-time with no delays. This has enabled us to virtually eliminate our reps ever turning in old versions of applications and the delays in underwriting that causes. Due to the continued success of AmeriBancTraining.com, the original site has been greatly expanded. This called for the release of the upgraded site as a standalone entity dubbed ‘AmeriBanc University’. ABN U is already displaying unparalleled results since its recent release. The University contains an inclusive training course that deals with the entire Consultative process which AmeriBanc employs. The course is complete with audio/visual elements, as well as a unique quiz interface. The ABN U course aids in maximum retention of the concepts being taught, as it creates a one-on-one environment.
