Shanghai, China, 2010/12/26 - Ailant Finance Capital Markets. announced today that it has acquired China Zhejiang Capital Group, one of the China’s middle market investment banking and advisory firms.

In addition to its reputation in Merger & Acquisition advisory services and corporate finance, the acquisition of China Zhejiang Capital Group contributes deep industry experience in the Greater China region.
As part of the acquisition, Zhang, former chairman and CEO of China Zhejiang Capital Group, has joined Ailant Finance as chairman of investment banking and will work closely with Ailant Finance’s Investment Banking group, to actively serve clients across each of the firm’s core industry practices.
