KnowledgeCenter, a leading provider of integrated document management and business process workflow solutions to the Insurance and Financial Services industries, has entered into partnership with BenchStrength International (BSI), on the back of multiple new contract wins.
Building on the London Market’s wide take-up of its systems, KnowledgeCenter has taken this significant step in its international development strategy by partnering with BSI, and growing the existing multinational client base in the UK, Middle-East, mainland Europe and Canada, through expansion in the US.
BSI’s US-based consultancy has a deep understanding of how the global insurance markets operate. As a consequence many of their clients are large multi-national carriers benefiting from BSI’s delivery of a step-change in their systems capability.
Kevin Osborn, MD at KnowledgeCenter said: “We’re committed to this partnership with BSI, working to deliver high levels of service to existing shared client relationships. The objective is to aggregate our experience and market knowledge to unlock improved efficiencies and business-led benefit for new clients in London and the US.
2010 has seen healthy growth for KnowledgeCenter, with solutions deployed within blue chip carriers such as Amlin, Beazley, Generali and Munich Re, together with an agreement to support a large broking house.”
Ian Fantozzi, Group Head of E-business at Beazley, commented: "KnowledgeCenter's Binder application fits in with a range of projects to improve our data management, providing rigour and a high level of performance to help us manage our data effectively. The implementation team showed a high level of expertise, delivering bespoke functionality on time and on budget."
