Bruce Arbit, Co-Managing Director of A.B. Data, Ltd. (“A.B. Data”), announced today the addition of Lisa J. Smuckler, Esq. to the Class Action Administration Company as an Account Executive. Ms. Smuckler will be responsible for managing client engagements, while ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction and providing ongoing counsel to assist A.B. Data clients in meeting all their class action administration goals. “We are happy to welcome Ms. Smuckler to A.B. Prior to joining A.B. Data (abdata.com, abdataclassaction.com), Ms. Smuckler was engaged in private practice in Chicago at the law firms of Clausen Miller P.C. and Bollinger, Ruberry & Garvey. During her eight years in private practice, Ms. Smuckler represented insurance carriers and other corporations in complex commercial litigation matters and specialized in insurance risk mitigation related to class action exposure.

Prior to obtaining her law degree, Ms. Smuckler served as the director of development for The Wetlands Initiative, a nonprofit corporation in Chicago dedicated to restoring the wetland resources of the Midwest.
Ms. Smuckler earned a Bachelor of Arts degree, with honors and distinction, from the University of Wisconsin–Madison and received her Juris Doctor from Chicago-Kent College of Law.
