Legal Services Supplier Continues Expansion of Staff and Services
Litigation Solution, Inc. a regional leader in litigation support services including computer forensics, electronic discovery, document imaging, and trial support services for law firms and corporate legal departments today announced the continued expansion of its sales efforts with the appointment of John Cosenza, Esquire, as Director of Sales and Marketing and Malcolm Wells as Litigation Support Consultant.
Reporting to Terry Vaughn, President and Founder of Litigation Solution, Inc., John Cosenza will be responsible for overall management of the company’s multi-location sales and marketing activities, driving sales of litigation and trial support services. The recently doubled sales force has also been further expanded due to increase client activity and a strong interest in the recently released “Forensic Vault” service.
Prior to joining Litigation Solution, Inc. (LSI), John Cosenza managed sales and marketing organizations and territories for more than seventeen years for publishers including Thomson-Findlaw. A licensed attorney in both Texas and Illinois, John also earned a Master of Business Administration and has extensive certifications in sales management.
Malcolm Wells spent 23 years with AT&T, Lucent Technologies and Avaya. His clients included EDS, American Airlines, JCPenney, Frito Lay, Voluntary Hospitals of America and several large banks. In 2001, he left Avaya to help build CUW LitSupport into a premier training organization for litigation support software packages, including Summation, Trial Director and Sanction. Mr. Wells is a Summation Certified Trainer (SCT), and he and his wife have trained law firms throughout the metroplex and across the country.

The newly released “Forensic Vault” service, starting at $500, will enable companies, law firms, and government agencies to have forensic copies made of data on desktop and portable computers, following strict forensic and chain-of-custody procedures for use in eDiscovery or as a precautionary measure in the event of future litigation. Companies can now have LSI copy and store forensically sound cloned copies of computers. After LSI’s “Forensic Vault” service has copied the data from the computers they can then be re-formatted for re-deployment by the I.T. staff of the company, with LSI maintaining the appropriate chain of custody.
