A hands-on course designed to assist System Engineers and IT managers to fully understand the features, benefits and overall operation of Cisco's videoconferencing network components: MCUs, Gateway, CUVC-M, CUV-Desktop. The course includes an overview of CUVC deployments and a high-level overview of CUVC's integration with other Cisco solutions: MeetingPlace, Video Telephony & Cisco Telepresence Participants will learn to install, configure and maintain Cisco CUVC equipment, as well as learning basic troubleshooting skills.
