Following a successful debut at last year’s event, Tensator has once again joined forces with technology partner ESII, to introduce a range of queuing solutions to thousands of delegates at the show, suitable for a diverse range of industries, including telecommunications, finance, government, health, transportation, and retail
Amongst the products on Stand B4-30, Hall 4, will be eSirius™, a web-based dispersed queue management solution. The eSirius™ software enables full appointment and schedule management, allowing customers to book appointments onsite or in advance over the internet, receiving identification codes by email or SMS.
It has the capability to operate across unlimited services, counters and multi-site operations and can be integrated with digital media.
Both English and Arabic versions of eSirius™ will be showcased alongside ePlayer™, which allows videos, promotions and corporate messages to be played via the eSirius™ information screens, opening up the potential for lucrative third-party advertising in the process.
Visitors to the stand will also be able to view the new range of Diseo™ ticket printers for the first time.
Abdel Aziz Rahal, general manager of Tensator FZE, commented: “The team is delighted to be returning to GITEX Technology Week for a second year. It’s set to be a double celebration, with Tensator FZE commemorating five years in business and GITEX marking its 30 year milestone.
