Our Lamb

Seasoned by the elements, these sheep live on a rich diet of grass and herbs which give it a distinctive flavour. Choose from our selection of gourmet lamb steaks, traditional roasting joints or slow-cook lamb cuts.

Our Pork
Our pork is sourced from a select group of producers in South-East Ireland; in fact our pigs are born and reared on “Fenor Farms” in Waterford. Choose from a selection of tasty favourites including pork fillet, pork loin chops, loin roast or the retro classic pork belly.
