Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada, 2010/07/20 - Local personal training studio, Momentum Fitness is celebrating their 10 year anniversary with a BBQ and Carnival at Locarno Beach in Kitsilano and everyone's invited!.

For 10 years Momentum Fitness has been helping people in the Greater Vancouver area reach their health and fitness goals. Always an active member in the community MFit is inviting everyone (friends, family, past members, current members, local businesses, everyone!) to Locarno Beach for a party like no other on Sunday August 15th from 11:30am to 4pm.
Festivities kick off at 11:30am with carnival games like balloon darts, high striker, snake toss and even a dunk tank where members will get a chance to dunk their favourite (or maybe least favourite) personal trainers. There will be an all-you-can-eat BBQ will be from 12pm to 2pm with catering services provided by Vera's, home of the best hamburger in Vancouver. And the talents of caricature artist Cory Van Ieperen will be a big highlight of the event.
To cap off MFit's 10th Anniversary BBQ and Carnival there will be draw prizes around 3:30pm from local business partners sponsoring this great event. With prizes from the Right Shoe, Pure Radiant Energy, Kitsilano Insurance, the Noodle Box, Pine Massage Therapy, Kits Coffee Co, The Car Butler, Infofit Educators, Aurora Massage Therapy Clinic, Spotless Home Cleaning, Readerwear, Vancouver Golf League and IMC Integrative Medical Centre there's something for everybody.
Momentum Fitness (mfit.ca), a training facility that specializes in personal training and small group classes, has clients ranging from golfers who want to lower their score to the busy executive struggling to find enough time to stay fit.
