When Baton Rouge’s Brooks Franklin, CottageCare Owner/Operator, received his award at this year’s CottageCare National Convention, little did he know that he would be accepting more than just a few awards. Franchisee/Service Center of the Year, Double Digit Growth, Top Customer Survey Scores and One Million Dollar Club were among the top honors that he accepted.
The awards represent Franklin’s exemplary contribution in the areas of high quality annual operations, adherence to SOP (standard operating procedures) and real growth during the calendar year.
