A technology audit released this month by Ovum Research on Ivar Jacobson International’s Essential Practices and EssWork gives readers a full review of IJI’s software development process framework. The audit provides a number of key findings that will assist software development organizations looking for lean - agile enablement.
The principal analyst in the report – Michael Azoff - made some key recommendations: “(For) legacy process users looking for Agile - Lean enablement, … users will find EssWork and Essential Practices a good process to adopt, covering a range of practices that span waterfall to Agile.
