With healthcare a top concern on many people’s minds in recent months, WomenCertified® today announced that Accord Home Care has been nominated to receive the WomenCertified Seal of Approval, signifying its commitment to women friendly service.
One of the nominations, submitted by customer Keith R. via WomenCertified.com, read as follows: “I have had many first hand conversations with Linda and the owner, Libby, who both have had nothing but quality service offering. I have know and worked with Accord Home Health for over three years and love their quality services.”
Having received this customer-generated nomination, Accord Home Care is now eligible to complete the WomenCertified training and certification program and earn the WomenCertified Seal of Approval. Twenty members of the Accord Home Care are scheduled to complete the program by June 1.
“As a team that truly believes in compassionate and caring service, we are very pleased and honored to receive this nomination,” stated Libby Jones-Werchan, founder of Accord Home Care. “Our motto is Your home, Your Health, Your Choice. We feel that the patient’s right to choose their provider is getting lost, and it will always be the goal of Accord Home Care to keep families, patients and the medical community aware of this sacred right.”
The WomenCertified Seal signifies that a company is trained and held to higher standards of service. Once a company completes the certification program to fine tune their customer service offerings, the company is listed on the WomenCertified Locator, the online directory where consumers can search for women friendly businesses.
“We are pleased to recognize Accord Home Care for its dedication to women friendly service and business practices,” said Delia Passi, founder of WomenCertified. “In recognizing their efforts, we hope other companies will follow suit and increase their commitment to higher standards of service – not only for women, but for all customers.”
