Alerts generated from remote monitoring and management (RMM) platforms and backup and restore notification emails generated from VaultLogix Internet Vault Advantage flow seamlessly into ConnectWise PSA software, creating service tickets that make it simple for MSPs to manage the VaultLogix offsite backup solution. In addition, backup data usage and additional non-recurring and monthly recurring charges for the VaultLogix online backup service have been integrated into the ConnectWise business operating system creating a seamless billing process for the MSP.
The integration has been tested and approved by both existing VaultLogix resellers and users of ConnectWise PSA software, ensuring the quality of the integration and validating the combined power of the VaultLogix and ConnectWise partnership.
