Joanna Puglisi-Barley has recently been appointed Public Relations Manager for The Simon Group Inc., an award-winning, full service business-to-business marketing communications agency specializing in high tech and industrial accounts. She was hired to help service the agency’s growing client base.
Puglisi-Barley will be working closely with the agency’s diverse clientele, implementing various PR programs and strategies in an effort to increase market exposure and product awareness throughout the industrial, high-tech and electronics sectors. Primary responsibilities will include writing and editing news releases and feature articles as well as obtaining speaking engagements and product review opportunities to maximize client exposure.
With nearly 20 years of marketing and public relations experience, Puglisi-Barley is no stranger to The Simon Group, having freelanced for the company since 2002. In addition, she has many years experience working with business-to-business agencies in the industrial and manufacturing industries.

Puglisi-Barley holds a B.A. in Communications, Law, Economics and Government from The American University, Washington, DC.
