Houston, TX, United States, 2010/02/18 - The Methodist Hospital System in Houston, Texas will implement the DigiView Image Management & Reporting System at its new facility opening in the fall. Digisonics also plans to exhibit DigiView and OB-View at the upcoming HIMSS 2010 meeting.
Longtime DigiView customer, The Methodist Hospital System in Houston, Texas, implemented the DigiView Image Management & Structured Reporting System at its new West Houston campus set to open this fall. The purchase included Cardiology Reading Stations (CRS) with CRS-Net for web-based capabilities, Gateway Monitor software for real-time monitoring and recording of all network transmission events, and Digisonics Rolodex for automated transmission of finalized reports to referring physicians by fax, e-mail or print.
Digisonics plans to exhibit new software releases for both DigiView and OB-View Image Management & Structured Reporting Systems at the HIMSS 2010 show in Atlanta, Ga., March 1-3, 2010, at booth #717. DigiView software release 3.7.5 includes 50% faster imaging displays for remote viewing, extensive Vascular reporting capabilities and PACS API Link to launch Digisonics applications with report and image synchronization. OB-View and OB-Windows software release 4.5.3 will have enhanced software systems with GYN navigation for faster report turnaround and multi-fetus reporting options.
