Smartspeed (smartspeed.co.uk) has been operating for a number of successful years in the field of Business Efficiency, whilst Gedanken delivers results through training and psychological support services delivered to a range of companies.
Through their years consulting on projects within the manufacturing and engineering industries they believe that not enough is done to adequately address both the HARD systems approach of process efficiency and SOFT systems approach of staff training and change management.
