Its goal is to create a borderless environment, enabling customers to get faster and more effective assistance with their precision cleaning challenges as well as access to ZESTRON’s global engineering knowledge base.
ZESTRON’s initiative will focus on four areas:
• A new enhanced customer support infrastructure and Key Account Management program, serving customers in multiple countries and multiple languages.
• Four fully functional complementary State-of-the Art Technical Centers, including locations in China, Europe, Malaysia and America. Virtual tours are currently being added to allow respective customers to survey the facilities’ capabilities online.
• An upgraded secure global database system to facilitate seamless communication and knowledge proliferation.
• In the coming months, a high definition video teleconferencing system will be installed to facilitate borderless engineering and customer access to remote teams from any of our centers.

Last year, ZESTRON’s Technical Centers hosted more than 600 customers. “Currently each Technical Center has maintained a regional focus by providing local support and a venue for customers to attend workshops, hands on training, and cleaning trials, which has helped many customers improve their cleaning processes without experiencing costly disruptions,” said Dr. Harald Wack, President, ZESTRON. “Our current efforts will complement and strengthen the local support provided by allowing customers to harness the full capabilities of a geographically dispersed engineering team.”
