Ademero, Inc., developer of the Content Central™ electronic document management software, today announced an exclusive partnership with Integrated Copy Solutions, Inc. (ICS), a leading provider of digital office technology in San Jose, CA. The partnership gives ICS exclusive rights to distribute Ademero document management software products and services throughout Northern California and Central California, including San Jose, Fresno, Sacramento, Oakland, and San Francisco.
The Content Central solution works in any organization, from the small business to the larger enterprise. A key component of the software converts paper documents into fully-searchable digital documents, using imaging devices from ICS. All information managed with Content Central can be retrieved, modified, and distributed from a standard Web browser. An advanced workflow engine simplifies routine business functions—from approval processes to more complex life-cycle requirements. The server-side application operates on the Microsoft Windows Server platform, storing all captured content in a central repository at the customer’s location.
Multi-function peripherals (MFPs) available through ICS provide capabilities for copying, scanning, and printing in a single device. One or more can connect to Content Central to facilitate several aspects of digital document management. “Our document-management solution can interact in a number of ways with devices from ICS, including the ability to accept scanned images of paper documents,” explains Manuel Montesino, director of product marketing at Ademero. “Our decision to partner with ICS is based on their strong commitment to customer satisfaction as well as their focus on technology trends in the business environment.”
