Cambridge, MA, United States, 2009/12/01 - Dr. Greg Zacharias, President of Charles River Analytics, Inc., today announced the promotion of Mr. Don Reynolds to Vice President, Finance and Administration (F&A).

Mr. Reynolds joined Charles River as Director, F&A, in August 2009, responsible for a broad range of functions, including finance, contracts, human resources, information systems, security, and facilities.
Dr. Zacharias, said, “In the few months that Don has been here, he's shown an amazing ability to listen, assess the situation, and set goals and objectives for F&A to execute on in the new Fiscal Year. In the meantime, he managed a diverse group of professionals, providing all of us with key service support.”
The Vice President, F&A position was formerly held by Greg Gormican, who will remain with Charles River in an advisory and consulting capacity.

About Don Reynolds, Vice President, Finance and Administration
Mr. Reynolds directs the Finance and Administration division at Charles River, responsible for a broad range of functions including finance, contracts, human resources, information systems, security, and facilities. He has over twenty years of experience in progressively more senior management positions in the government contracting arena, serving initially in the Department of Defense, then later transitioning to the corporate sector, working with both small and large companies in a variety of finance, contracting, and administrative positions. Mr. Reynolds has been integral to the operation and start-up of many key, high visibility government programs including those related to the EPA Superfund, NASA Space Shuttle and International Space Station, and Medicare Fraud Prevention and Detection. His areas of expertise are budgeting and forecasting, financial reporting, contract administration, and project management. Mr. Reynolds received his undergraduate degree in accounting from Kent State University and his Masters in Finance from Boston University. He is a Certified Public Accountant, Certified Management Accountant, and Certified Financial Manager.
