Paula Reed, Managing Director of Alpha Executive Jobs Ltd (alphaexecutivejobs.com) based in Loughborough, Leicestershire, announced today, the appointment of Karen Lanskoff of KL Communications located in Duffield, Derbyshire, as their new PR and Brand Manager.
Ms Reed said, ‘Karen’s PR and Brand Management expertise in the recruitment and the franchise industry is exactly what Alpha Executive Jobs needs at this stage in its growth.’ She went on, ‘I know Karen very because we retained her in a similar capacity when I the Chief Operating Officer at CNA International. Karen is very familiar with Internet recruitment and I know she can deliver the goods. She did a great job for CNA and she approaches her job as if the company she represent belongs to her. I’m totally confident Karen will do the same for Alpha and I'm delighted has agreed to represent Alpha.
Reed continued, ‘I’m also pleased to announce that for the third month in a row, October showed another small, but very welcome increase in the number of new jobs posted on the site. It would be simply great if these management vacancy increases can be sustained because it’s usually a good indicator that an upturn in employment is on the way. Certainly our decision to specialise in executive, managerial and professional jobs for people regardless of their salaries, has worked especially well for Alpha during the recent economic downturn.’
Ms Reed went on, ‘another positive sign we’re seeing at he moment, is that some sectors like financial services and commercial banking albeit slow, are starting to recruit again. This has got to be good news for everyone.’
