G4S, the world’s leading international security solutions group, today announces the acquisition of Champions of the West, Inc. trading as All Star International (“All Star”) from the Junge Revocable Trust and John P. Junge individually, by its US Government Services business, Wackenhut Services, Inc. (“WSI”) for a cash consideration of $59.9m on an enterprise value basis.
All Star is one of the premier facilities management and base operations support companies providing services to the US Government. The acquisition of All Star supports the group’s strategy of expanding its capability in providing secure facilities management services in the high-security government sector.
All Star’s portfolio of customers includes the US Department of Defense, Department of Energy, General Services Administration, the Internal Revenue Service and the US Postal Service. The company also has a long history of supporting the US military in Europe.
