Now IT Administrators can easily access remote serial devices without downloading java-based Telnet or SSH applets to remote clients.
“Since firewalls generally block Telnet and SSH ports, and not all workstations have Java installed, this new feature saves our customers a lot of time and effort,” says Julie McDaniel, Vice President Perle Systems.
