The DIGI Awards aim to honor the resellers, integrators and service providers who have excelled at developing successful projects for their clients, and advancing the digital signage industry as a whole. Scala installations in following categories were awarded:
• Retail Roll-out (Local) – Miele’s Inspirience Centre in Vianen, the Netherlands, by House Of Media Experience BV.
• Retail Roll-Out (National) – The Sprint Studio Store by Level 5 and Hammond Communications Group.
• Interactive Technology Roll-out – British Columbia Children’s Hospital Foundation by 2C Visual Communications.
The award for Best New Content Management Software/Web-based (SaaS) went to Thinking Screen Media for its SignChannel product, also powered by Scala software.
“With so many impressive digital signage networks being developed and executed around the globe, it’s a great honor to know that Scala powers what the DIGI Awards consider to be some of the most innovative and remarkable installations and offerings,” said Robert Koolen, President of Scala. “We congratulate our partners and other winners on their successes, and we look forward to continuing to power new and novel projects.”
