NPMA is the leading membership association for personal property and fixed-asset professionals. The Federal Center Chapter is the largest chapter in the NPMA and its membership consists predominantly of federal government agency property professionals.

Robert King, CPPS, is a Solutions Development Manager for Sunflower Systems, Inc. where he works with a variety of government agencies to enhance their property and logistics management processes, policies and technologies. He has worked with more than a dozen government agencies over the last ten years and has implemented solutions to address all lifecycle asset management functions. Rob currently serves as the Executive Vice President of the FCC and was a speaker at the 2008 and 2009 NPMA National Education Seminars.
