Pulse Puddle Arc Welding® (PPAW®) creates a pulsating weld puddle while metal is deposited. PPAW® pulsates the element’s “base metal” as the molten metal deposits instead of pulsating the “current”. On display will be the Model 5000 system enabling fabricators to prevent up to 95 percent of normal weld distortion while providing up to 400 percent longer lasting weldments in service.
Meta-Lax® relieves thermal stress within metal components by using nondestructive, highly efficient subharmonic vibrations to prevent distortion and cracking. This process meets the quality standards of thermal stress relieving techniques without the heat-treat side effects. Time and energy are saved using the Meta-Lax® method.
