Mobile Direct Response firm Tyrannosaurus Inc. today announced that it has made key additions to its technology team. The Company named Sandeep Vardhan its VP Technology, and added a Research and Development lab located in Mumbai, India. The additions will spur development of its proprietary Mobile Direct Response tools.
Vardhan brings more than a decade of technology experience, and has five patents in wireless networks. He was a founding engineer at Sensoria, a venture-funded network startup later acquired by Tranzeo. Based in Southern California, Vardhan created and manages an R&D facility in Mumbai, India.
"We are creating the building blocks to enable Direct Response on the Mobile Web," Company CEO Dev Bhatia said. "Adding Sandeep and the India-based R&D team greatly accelerates that effort. Sandeep brings both a strong technology background and the venture-funded startup experience we need."
The Mumbai-based R&D lab includes seven full-time engineers, focused on network and VoIP projects.
