Terminus Media LLC announces the launch of the Terminus Media channel on YouTube. Dubbed TerminusTV, the channel will feature exclusive interviews, behind-the-scenes previews of projects in development, comic craft tutorials, and on-going coverage of the organization’s media and industry appearances.
“Terminus is committed to building relationships with our fans both in person and online. Although we maintain an extensive convention schedule and support our retailers with in-store appearances, we realize that not everyone is able to take advantage of these opportunities. Online social networking sites like MySpace, Facebook, Twitter, and YouTube have created a great opportunity for us to connect with fans all over the world.” said Terminus CEO and Publisher Mark Stancil. “The creation of TerminusTV is the next logical step in providing our fans with new ways to experience our products and interact with their favorite Terminus writers and artists.” Currently available material includes video interviews with writers and artists featured in the publisher’s successful Evolution Anthology series and its December release “Terminus Tales Presents #1: Platypus vs. Monkey.”
Founded in February 2005, YouTube.com is the #1 destination for social networking users interested in viewing, creating, uploading, and sharing video content via the web, mobile devices, blogs, and email. YouTube’s user base covers a broad age range, 18-55, evenly divided between males and females, and spanning all geographies. More than half of all users visit the site at least once a week, and 52 percent of 18-34 year-olds will share links to viewed video content with friends via other networking tools, such as blogs or email.
Terminus Media, LLC (terminusmedia.com) is an independent comic book publisher and animation studio dedicated to identifying, developing, and aggressively marketing corporate and creator owned properties into valuable multimedia assets.
