(OGSN) and (NGS), global investor websites for the natural gas, energy and oil industries, are pleased to present an online interview with Paul Branagan, CEO of Petrol Oil and Gas (POIG), an oil and gas exploration, development and production company, in which he discusses the Company’s recent developments and future direction. After realizing their first significant revenues in the fourth quarter of 2004 of approximately $823,000, POIG is poised for further growth as they continue to develop their Coal Bed Methane (CBM) property. The Company’s CBM property, which was acquired from Savage Resources LLC and Savage Pipeline LLC in 2004, covers approximately 10,000 acres, contains 72 producing CBM wells, 8 water disposal wells, and 56 miles of gas gathering and water lines to move gas to the compressor sites for sales into the interstate pipeline. Daily production of this CBM property, for December 2004, was 2.9 million cubic feet. With POIG’s recently drilled five new wells, added compressor capacity, and the installation of some larger gas gathering trunk lines, production levels are expected to increase very quickly, according to Mr. Branagan.
Petrol Oil & Gas’ focus as they move forward, explains Mr. Branagan, will be on the growth and development of their existing properties to increase production and revenues as the Company works towards creating additional value for their shareholders. Strategic acquisitions will also be explored as operations expand.
