Using iSupport, Globe Union will provide their customers a smother process for parts replacement while ensuring enhanced accuracy and data capture.
After numerous reviews, we found iSupport to be the best solution for what is a very strategic initiative here at Globe Union. We expect that, not only will iSupport address our current needs, but the 4CS Service Lifecycle Management suite will enable us to leverage our investment and extend the 4CS platform to ensure that we remain the leader in product quality and customer support.
