The administration system now allows local administrators to customise the appearance of FSTA Direct specifically for their users. Features include:
• Ability to display links to local (customer-written) help resources;
• The selection of external resources to link to;
• New tools to allow the sharing of email alerts among users in an organisation;
• Option to feature customer logos at the top of each screen in the administration site.

FSTA Direct (fstadirect.com) now supports a wider range of reporting on usage. Administrators and standard users can track the numbers of searches run and records viewed, and a suite of new reports allows administrators to stay on top of account usage. These reports include:
• Account usage summary (numbers of searches, sessions, and turnaways by month in the current year to date)
