Senator Security Limited (Senator) launched its new brand and website this month, redesigned to better reflect the business activities the company is now involved in and to underpin the continued growth. Established in 1997 and with headquarters in Blackheath, London; Senator has grown under the leadership of Andy Grice and Sean McGranaghan to become one of the most respected independent security provision businesses in the UK.
Andy Grice, Senator Security’s Operations Director commented, “Security for many years has been regarded as a simple ‘manned gatehouse’ operation – we don’t see it that way. Senator has gained an enviable reputation with prestigious brands and across many sectors; most recently securing new contracts in the Rail sector for PTS (Personal Trackside Safety) in the UK on key construction and rail development projects. “The rail sector is an area of business development we have focussed on for the past couple of years and achieving the PTS Accreditation has positioned us well to secure more rail based projects in the near future – the new branding was an essential part of our long term plans to increase our involvement and presence in the large corporate, infrastructure and construction sectors,” added Sean McGranaghan, Business Development Director at Senator Security.
The development and implementation of the new branding and marketing communications materials is being managed by SB:MKTG, a boutique branding and marketing company based near Silverstone in the Midlands – Denis Baddeley, sb:mktg’s lead consultant continued, “When we started talking it quickly became apparent that Senator was entering a new phase in their development – Andy and Sean also understood the value of branding and the influence it has on the culture and perceived value of a business. Senator will be making further detailed announcements about their new client gains and employing new personnel in the near future but in the meantime will be delivering value added security provision to clients including the Department for Health, King’s College and Network Rail.
