CRP one of India’s leading Risk Mitigation and Employee Solutions firm, announced the appointment of Ms. Nipa Modi as part of the senior management team. Nipa joins CRP as Chief Executive Officer, CRP HR Services with additional responsibility of Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) for the entire group.
Nipa will be responsible for growing the CRP HR Services, the new business division focused on employee solutions like training and skill development, background checks and HR support services. As the CMO, she is driving the marketing and branding strategy to make CRP one of the most admired risk mitigation service brands in the region.

Prior to this, Nipa has held leading industry positions such as Senior Vice President – Sales & Business Development at First Advantage for the Asia Pacific region. She was a Director at IntegraScreen Consulting, where she was instrumental in developing Asia’s first centralized employment repository. She has also been founder member at Quest Research, Asia’s leading background screening company. Nipa’s experience in Risk Management and Compliance commenced with her position at Hill & Associates, a Hong Kong based Risk Management. She holds a diploma in Business Management and is a graduate in Economics and Commerce from Mumbai University.
