This follows the recent appointment of Martin Creaner, CTO and President of TM Forum as Strategic Advisor.

About Rokiah Ahamed
Rokiah Ahamed, Executive Director, a Singapore national is an MBA with specialisation in Strategic Marketing. Formerly Managing Director of SAP South West Asia and Corporate EVP of SAP Asia, Rokiah has had successful stints with Siemens Information Systems Limited, JD Edwards Inc and Reliance Industries Limited, holding top management and mentoring positions. Rokiah brings three decades of global enterprise management and IT products and solutions experience. She has built and successfully divested companies in the energy, high tech, IT and education industries.
About Stephen Newton
Stephen Newton, Non-executive Chairman, has over 25 years experience in sales, marketing and general management within the CSP Industry. He is currently an investor and consultant with high growth software companies in the sector and holds a number of non-executive board positions. Previously in his career he was President, EMEA at Convergys Corporation (NYSE - CVG), where he had overall responsibility for the billing and customer care business in EMEA and Asia Pacific. Prior to Convergys, Stephen was COO at Geneva Technology, a Cambridge, UK based billing software company. As a member of the senior management team, he was responsible for executing the company strategy, achieving compound growth, from product launch, of 120% per annum reaching $50m revenues and 450 people. Geneva was acquired by Convergys in 2001 for $692m. Stephen is also an advisory director of the TMForum and a member of its executive committee. Stephen has a BSc in Civil Engineering from City University, London.
