Woodward’s presentation will take place on Thursday, April 30 at 4:00 pm PDT.
In this session, Woodward will discuss how Microsoft Systems Center Operations Manager users can leverage Tideway Foundation to enhance end-to-end service management. Tideway Foundation automatically discovers and maps IT services and dependencies across heterogeneous infrastructure. Woodward will demonstrate how Foundation can use this intelligence to automatically build and maintain Distributed Application Diagrams within Systems Center Operations Manager, enabling users to remove manual and error-prone processes, decrease costs and maximize the monitoring offered by Systems Center Operations Manager.
