GTI Spindle Technology, Inc., one of the world’s largest and fastest growing spindle remanufacturers, located in Manchester, NH, today announced its plans to exhibit at the Eastec 2009 Exhibition scheduled for May 19-21, 2009 in West Springfield, MA. GTI will be introducing its new wireless vibration monitoring system from InCheck Technologies, as well as showcasing its wide range of machine tool accessories from Dittel and Bijur Delimon. GTI can be found at Booth #5763 in Building 5.
Eastec is the east coast’s largest annual manufacturing event, and is expected to attract over 400,000 attendees, with 600 exhibitors showcasing over 2,000 products. The exhibition is divided into five buildings organized by technology and product categories to include Tooling, Workholding & Machining Accessories—the section where attendees can find GTI to learn more about how they can leverage GTIs expertise in determining the best spindle upgrade solution for their company.
“For GTI, attending a conference like Eastec that attracts attendees from executives to CNC machinists from diverse industries provides us the opportunity to reach new customers, and to showcase the breadth of capabilities from our spindle and machine tool upgrades to machine tool accessories. This year in particular, however, we are excited about introducing our newest service, the wireless vibration monitoring system and plan on conducting live demonstrations of this new cutting-edge technology throughout the exhibition,” explains Lisa Bailey-Beavers, GTI Spindle Sales Manager.
GTI has formed a solutions partnership with InCheck Technologies to offer this new vibration monitoring service to its customers, expanding its spindle repair capabilities. The InCheck In-Site™ is the first fully integrated network centric monitoring solution for predictive maintenance, which is suitable for any spindle application. This new online technology replaces the walk around data collection process, and provides for more efficient and rapid data collection during the vibration analysis and troubleshooting that assists in detecting problems in spindle equipment before it occurs.
In addition GTI will be exhibiting two manufacturer’s lines, Dittel and Bijur. As an exclusive agent of Dittel, GTI can provide a range of services including system configuration assessment, spindle engineering and retrofit, and parts support. GTI also partnered with Bijur to create a unique Hyperperformance AIR-OIL lubrication system for machine tools.
GTI sales representatives will be available throughout the Eastec Exhibition to provide information and answer any questions regarding GTIs tool and precision components, replacement spindles, machine tool components and any other spindle-related issue.
