Fensec Pty Ltd have officially finalised their acquisition of Perth-based SRB Security. SRB Director Mr Steven Brough will remain in the role of Managing Director on completion of the merger. Mr Neal Griffith will join him in the role of CEO.

The merger will involve a change in the nature and scale of Fensec’s activities. As part of that change, the company intends to incorporate SRB Security (srbsecurity.com.au) under the banner of Fensec Proprietary Limited to signify its strategic intent - to become a leading provider of innovative security products to international market sectors of interest.
