MicroTech) announces the expansion of their executive management team with the appointments of Tomas Esterrich as Chief Financial Officer, Catherine Robinson as Vice President for Proposal Development, Mary Simon as Senior Vice President of Enterprise Services & Solutions, and Paul Price as Chief of Staff. The new senior management personnel are indicative of the organization's strong business growth, as well as its commitment to meet current operating requirements while planning for the future.

Tomas Esterrich / Chief Financial Officer
As Chief Financial Officer, Tomas Esterrich manages the day-to-day financial operations of the organization, as well as financial planning and strategy. He brings to MicroTech 40 years of financial management experience, including an exceptional 20-year career as a highly-decorated officer in the U.S. Army Finance Corps.
Esterrich served in a variety of military and private sector roles all over the world including as the Deputy Commander and Comptroller for the Red River Army Depot, administering an annual operating budget of over $260 million while supervising 6,000 personnel. Most recently, he was a Senior Consultant at Toffler Associates, developing business and management strategies in homeland security and defense issues for the Federal government and private sector.
Catherine Robinson / Vice President for Proposal Development
In her new role, Catherine Robinson provides the overall leadership, management and direction of the Proposal Operations unit, leading a large range of activities involved with the preparation, presentation, and follow-up associated with all proposal development. Robinson offers MicroTech over 38 years of government and commercial experience in overseeing financial and operational aspects of government contracting and proposal development. She has successfully built the infrastructure for Proposal/Contracts offices at other 8(a) Small Disadvantaged Businesses.
Mary Simon / Sr. Vice President - Enterprise Services & Solutions
Responsible for developing MicroTech Enterprise Services & Solutions, Mary Simon provides business unit direction, along with strategic leadership. Mary works closely with clients and industry partners to develop and deliver best value solutions for their needs. Mary has service delivery responsibility for her business unit and leads efforts to expand MicroTech business in new markets.
Mary brings over 26 years of Engineering, Engineering Management, and Business Development experience. Prior to joining MicroTech, Mary served as Vice President of Business Development (BD) at SI International, directing BD efforts with key customer accounts within the DoD, and was responsible for the performance of account executives across the U.S.
Paul Price / Chief of Staff
As the Chief of Staff, Paul Price manages MicroTech's day-to-day operations, a role he is accustomed to after a 25-year career with the Air Force, where he served in an array of executive positions specializing in Human Capital Management. Previous assignments included development and implementation of organizational initiatives, programming and allocation of resources, and policy and process development involving competency management.
Both Esterrich and Price are retired military officers; the type of experience that Tony Jimenez values in regards to MicroTech leadership because of his own highly-decorated service record and success as a veteran owning a small business. Along with his many business accolades, Jimenez was previously named Veteran Business Journal "Vetrepreneur (Veteran Entrepreneur) of the Year."
