Leo Software, the leading provider of Web-based property information management and reporting systems for commercial real estate, today announced it is seeking beta testers for its soon-to-be-released Leo Special Edition for QuickBooks™.
Leo’s beta test program is open to companies who use or plan to use Intuit QuickBooks small business software for commercial property accounting. Leo Software will grant beta testers 120 days of free product usage, support and training. Beta users who decide to continue using the product after the 120-day test period will be able to purchase Leo Special Edition for QuickBooks at a substantial discount.
By linking lease data with invoicing, Leo Special Edition for QuickBooks automates the generation of rental invoices in Quickbooks and automatically incorporates and reports rent increases. It also integrates property-management business functions into Quickbooks, allowing users to print or view on-demand a variety of standard real estate reports unavailable in QuickBooks, including rent rolls, expiration schedules, vacancy/occupancy reports, lease abstracts, floor plans and stacking plans.
