Concert Technologies announced the honored selection of its Corporate Development Director, Vana Zellers, for the 2009 Industry Advisory Council IT Partners Program. Zellers is one of a recognized group of 16 industry participants chosen for this prestigious program.
According to the ACT-IAC, participants are nominated for inclusion in this program by their respective company or agency sponsors. They are then selected by a panel of senior executives from the government and industry based on their extensive industry and association experience, involvement and leadership potential.
“This is a wonderful opportunity for Vana, who has been an integral part of our company’s emergence as an industry leader of nationwide technology rollout services,” said Tom Suder, Vice President of Concert Technologies. “The Industry Advisory Council strongly promotes collaboration between government and industry and the organization is a recognized thought leader in the federal IT community. We are truly honored that Vana will be our company representative in IAC’s esteemed leadership program.”

As a part of the American Council for Technology (ACT), the Industry Advisory Council is comprised of information technology professionals representing private sector organizations that provide information resources management products and services to the government. Its purpose is “to enable its member firms to work more effectively in the government marketplace by fostering improved communications and understanding between government and industry.”
The IAC IT Partners Program is an executive development program for individuals with great potential for advancement in the government and industry. The program’s goal is to prepare participants for future leadership roles in these areas.
